Great staff, excellent service and prices. We take all 4 vehicles here form tires and service. I appreciate their honesty. I witnessed Brandon and his staff go above and beyond to help a customer from out of area in need of a tire that wasnt available easily and this was an hour before closing. Brandon made several phone calls and located a tire for customer. Even though this meant the customer would be purchasing this tire from a competitor. Brandon and staff focus was making sure that the customer was able to get back on road to his destination with least amount inconvenience or overnight delay.

Had my 500SL in now multiple times over the years, always the best experience. Extremely customer oriented staff, fast service.

Highly Recommended! As a female, unfortunately I been other places where because they believe you know nothing about cars they’ve tried to take advantage of you by up-selling. If you visit, I recommend asking for Ben. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and seemed to understand that I could only afford one tire this time. He even took the time to show me on my van the correct psi I need to keep my tires aired. I’ll be going back!

Goodyear in Hermitage has the positive feeling of dealing with a small town shop and a store full of polite and helpful guys. I have found they are the most honest bunch around look and look for ways to save you money! No cross selling on products or services you didn't ask for or do not need. This is the place you can feel good about sending your wife or daughter to and they wil be treated right.

Been going for years. Top notch management, service desk and techs to do work . I bought tires, alignment, bearing replaced, oil changes. Referred my next door neighbor and she is pleased. Referred my son and he is pleased.
