The customer service here is amazing. Brandon, Chris, Ben and John always have smiling faces and are more than willing to help out any way needed. I regularly visit this location but, today I was helped beyond my expectations. As the tech attempted to locate an issue with my truck, and fix my ujoint I received a phone call from the company attempting to fix my A/C unit. Needless to say my heart sank as I was informed I needed a new unit. The tech finished and said well, Im going to change your spark plug and we will see if that helps without costing you a lot of money because it is not pinpointed. I asked if he felt that we could pull a camper and he said sure can. As I went into pay for this service, Brandon said it's not that bad. I said no I just found out my A/C unit had to be replaced. He gave me a number and the man was at my house to fix my unit from Brandon's recommendation. My truck was fixed and my A/C was repaired all because these guys are always extra helpful and kind. THAT is what I call customer service!!!!!

I have now used HTC for repairs on my 93 Ford Festiva and the work was excellent both times. The people are honest, the work was done efficiently, and the car is running great. You can trust these people to service your car correctly and you will enjoy working with them.

I've been coming to hermitage tire for 8 years. The customer service there is great. Always a warm greeting. They always give me the all the options up front. Pricing is very competitive. The quality of there work is top notch. If there is every any complications, they are quick to respond and solve the problem. I have never left there not feeling satisfied with my purchase. i would most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have been bringing our family cars to Hermitage Tire Center for well over 20 years. I can't say enough about the quality of service and care that goes into each visit. From a simple oil change and tire rotation to major car repair. Brandon knows every car we've owned over the years and knows what we need to keep everything running. The 2002 Camry keeps on going with over 217,000 miles and is a terrific winter rain/snow car. Thanks to Hermitage Tire Center for keeping our family safe on the road. Wayne and Fran Parker
